Tarnowski Art Company does not handle the shipping of any of our product directly. Shipping is handled by our third-party source who ships directly from their facility. We will, however, work with our customers if their is a valid and confirmed damage to the product during the shipping process and its reported in a timely and proper way addressed in the RETURN & REFUND POLICY set by Tarnowski Art Co.

Our fulfillment vendors work with a variety of top credible shipping services (UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. for the most cost effective and safest delivery mode. If you do not have a damaged, defective or wrong product but has experienced a shipping service issue, please address the shipping provider from your receipt directly and not via TARNOWSKI ART COMPANY., since we do not have any control of the shipper's business practices or policies.
